A “Verified” Listing is a listing that has been personally inspected by one of our professional property managers, in order to ensure that the listing is as it appears, and is unto CasaMatch standard.

If you would like to have your listing “Verified” simply login to your account, choose the “Landlord Dashboard” from the drop-down menu under “My account”. Locate the listing you would like to have verified and click “Verify Your Listing”. From there you can choose to request more information or proceed to payment. One the verification has been paid for a CasaMatch Property Manager will contact you to set up a time to view your property. Once the property has been viewed by the CasaMatch property manager they will “verify" your property is as it is displayed on the listings, and your listing will now show as verified across the CasaMatch website.

A “Rare Find” is any property that CasaMatch feels is special is some way. It could be in a very desirable neighborhood, a great deal, include an extra special feature, or some other element of the listing that makes it unique.

It could be that your listing has not yet been approved. Once your listing has been submitted it is reviewed by CasaMatch within 24hrs before being visible on the site. Please check back in 24 hours, if your property is still not visible on the site, please contact support at [email protected]

When there is a showing request or confirmed showing on your listing, you will be notified as per your notification settings. The showing will also be visible in your calendar. From your Calendar, you can also, confirm, modify, or cancel showings.
